How to Utilize TenantFinder

1. Select your Address or Location: Begin by selecting the location you're interested in placing a tenant in. This does not have to be an existing Point of Interest (POI) and just simply be an address.

   

2. Refine Search Parameters: Use TenantFinder's filters and search parameters to refine your results. Narrow down your options based on specific demographics, preferences, or requirements.

   

3. Review Matches: Once TenantFinder generates a list of potential matches, utilize the Score Report to demonstrate to prospective tenants' their potential for success in that location.

   1. The Score Report is a Site Suitability Report for you to download and share with prospective tenants. Give them insights into makes this site such a good match for their brand.

      

4. Download CSV Spreadsheet of Match Results: Download a spreadsheet of all your match results to use however you like. Include contact information and use as a call list, or share with the site's owner.
