TenantFinder's advanced algorithm quickly identifies ideal brands within a state, helping match demographics with tenant mixes for optimal placement.
TenantFinder utilizes a sophisticated algorithm to quickly pinpoint a curated list of ideal brands within a particular state. This valuable data aids in identifying the ideal demographic profile of the area and aligning with existing tenant mixes, ultimately leading to optimal tenant placement.
EXAMPLE:
Our customer wanted to know how to generate a list of healthcare brands in all of Arizona (AZ):
To gather a list of healthcare brands within Arizona, follow these steps:
-
Go to TenantFinder in the top navigation bar
-
Select any location in the state of Arizona (does not have to be healthcare, but can be. I used "St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, 350 W Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85013, USA" to test this FYI)
-
Filter Categories > Medical (you can click the down arrow to the right to select/deselect more specifically within the Medical category as needed)
-
Filter Nearest Locations > Only brands that have at least one location in the state.
-
The returned results below that should give you 505 medical brands located within the state, if you filtered for all of the Medical category.

The order of your results:
Given that you are utilizing TenantFinder for a different use case than it was initially intended for, you can ignore the order of the results (those will be in order of which brand would do best at that location - so not relevant for this current purpose).
You can order/sort your results by clicking on any of the column titles. For your use case, you might be interested in sorting by "State Locations" to see who has the most locations in AZ already, and so on. To do this:
-
Click on State Locations (this will sort it low to high)
-
Click on State Locations a second time (this will sort it high to low)
Click on State Locations (this will sort it low to high)
Click on State Locations a second time (this will sort it high to low)
You can sort in any way you like while ignoring the Match Scores, because those will be specific to the location you have selected at the top, which is not relevant for your purposes of just needing the list.
