Hint: There are multiple ways to find your brand's key demographics!
TenantFinder: Search for your brand in Tenant Finder's Match Results (over 41k brands!) and look at the Score Report.
Map Explorer: You can also select any location of your brand, go to your Rank report, and then check out the highest performing locations of that brand by clicking into them and reviewing their demographics!
2. Use Demographic Heatmaps
-
Navigate to the Layers section on the Map Explorer dashboard, and select Heatmaps.
-
Utilize these map overlay options to gain additional insights about the areas highlighted by your demographic heatmaps.
3. Analyze Potential Areas
- Examine the areas highlighted by your demographic filters and map overlays.
- Consider factors such as proximity to competitors, accessibility, and local amenities.
- Make notes on areas that seem particularly promising based on your brand’s needs.
4. Use TenantFinder
-
Navigate to the TenantFinder tool within AlphaMap.
-
Input a location within the highlighted sections of your map (from the demographics overlays).
-
Filter for your brand’s specific requirements and preferences (e.g., square footage, type of property, etc.).
-
Your results will list out brands that would do well in that location. Select your brand from that list (use the search bar if need be) and utilize the TenantFinder Score Report for your tenant/client/brand to ensure suitability.
