The Mobility Reports section allows you to gather data by selecting a location or creating a custom geofence for areas without existing POI data.

When choosing a location or Point of Interest (POI) on the map, the third section in the left sidebar is dedicated to Mobility Reports.

To gather mobility reports for a location that doesn't have existing POI data, start by outlining a custom polygon and then select "Use Custom Area as Geofence" to gather mobility data.

Select the time period (start/end) and Visitor Origin to see data on True Trade Area demographics by zip code or CBG (Census Block Group).

View estimated visitor trends (total and unique visitors), variance of visits, visits distribution (by hour or day), cross visitation, and length of stay.

Set a custom area radius around your selected location to view foot-traffic trends.

See how the selected location ranks within its brand on a national, state, and local level, with the option to compare against other brands or locations, for the selected time period.

With a Shopping Center POI selected you'll be able to access a tenant overview, as well as the center's visitor trends (total and unique visitors), variance of visits, visits distribution (by hour or day), cross visitation, and length of stay.
